Modeling
I think I mentioned in a previous post that James has been doing some modeling. Well, he had another gig on Wednesday. He’s not getting paid for it, but it’s for a good cause. A local organization makes unique items for children with special needs to help them feel more normal. With every purchase, they also make items for care packages that are sent to those that are chronically ill. To find out more, check out their Facebook pages here:

Here’s a pic that Stacy took at the gig:
Doctor Appointment
James went to the pediatrician on Thursday to have his ears checked out. The ear infection in his left ear is gone, but he does still have a little bit of fluid in his right ear. He’s not sure why it isn’t draining. James has a routine checkup next month so we’ll see if he still has any fluid in the right ear. On a positive note, he has gained a pound. He weighs in at 25 pounds now. He lost a lot of weight when he was on the ketogenic diet, so it’s good to see him putting some weight back on.
Seizures
Stacy is not sure what is going on with James lately, but on Friday his seizures were up almost 75%. We don’t think he’s sick because his seizures usually stop when he is fighting an illness. He’s been more congested than normal, so we don’t really know what is going on. The seizures didn’t seem too bad this weekend so hopefully Friday was just an anomaly. Since we’ve tried all of the so-called best treatments for infantile spasms and seizures, I think at this point we’ve resorted to praying for some miracle cure. If you want to send up some prayers for James before you go to bed tonight, we would appreciate it.
