Here’s a fun fact about Stacy. She used to love to sew when she was younger. But then life happened, she went to college, got a job teaching, and just didn’t have the time for sewing anymore. Back in November, Stacy made a blanket out of some of James’ old onesies, and it looks like that may have reignited her passion for sewing.

She has decided to start a little side business making memory blankets like the one she made in November, as well as shirts with faux ties. She may add more items later, but this is what she is focusing on for now.

Although she has her hands pretty full with James, I think this may be good for her. Something to give her a little mental break from James. If you’re interested, check out her Facebook page, Stacy Rae Creations.

Here is the memory blanket that she made in November:

Handmade quilt laid out on a wooden table, sewn from colorful square patches with playful monkey prints and other child‑friendly designs, with chairs and an iron visible around the workspace.

And here are a couple of examples of the shirts she has made. She makes them for boys and girls.
