They put James on two antibiotics: piperacillin for the possible pneumonia that they saw on his x-ray yesterday, and vancomycin in case there is a bacterial infection in his intestines that may be causing his feeding issues.
He is on oxygen, but a very low amount.
He has been having some issues with acid reflux so they started him on Pepcid.
